Section 01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ug773 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ug773 website located at https://ug773.net and all related gaming services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

Section 03 Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full range of ug773 Services, you must register a player account through the official ug773 website. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on ug773 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited. ug773 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection of multiple accounts, ug773 reserves the right to:

• Permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice;
• Void any pending bets, bonus balances, or promotional credits in the affected accounts;

3.3 Account Security

Section 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ug773 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following supported payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. Deposits are generally credited to your ug773 account balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ug773 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. ug773 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times for local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are typically within the same Philippine business day, subject to volume and compliance review. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or UnionBank may take one to three business days.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and wagering activity on ug773 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no hidden currency conversion applied to player accounts. The amount deposited in PHP is the amount credited to your gaming wallet, and winnings are displayed and paid out in PHP.

Section 05 Bonuses & Promotions

ug773 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, or other incentives to players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of ug773 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, hedging bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• ug773 reserves the right to impose wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Players who opt out of marketing communications may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers.

Section 06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on ug773 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, e-sabong, and bingo — are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within the game interface or upon request. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to that game.

Outcomes for slot games and random number-dependent table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical results of the dealing or spinning process as captured by the live stream. ug773 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner that departs from the mathematically verified house edge built into each game's certified logic.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ug773 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Section 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ug773 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time during the account lifecycle;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the ug773 platform, its systems, or other players' accounts;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits without prior authorization from ug773;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts, third-party payments, or other means of circumventing the intended terms;

Section 08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of ug773.

ug773's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your ug773 account at the time the claim arises.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining real-money balance in your account (after deducting applicable costs and offsetting any fraudulent gains) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and promotional credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting ug773 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.

Section 13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Where permitted by applicable law, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings. ug773 may also, at its sole discretion, refer a dispute to arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.
